How Do I Order?

How To Pay?

For your convenience and safety we offer Cash on Delivery payment method. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

We regret to inform you that cancelling an order is not possible once the order is confirmed.

How long should I wait for my items to arrive?

Please expect delivery in 3 to 10 business days for all payment methods

There are no confirmation showing, what should I do?

If you have successful used our checkout system, you should receive a confirmation within 60 seconds after finishing the process. However the tracking code may take sometime to generate, from 24-48 hours, since it is being encoded through a 3rd party courier.

My item has not arrived on the given time frame, what should I do?

There are instances where the shipping time takes more than we stated, this is because of some reasons:

- Incomplete address
- Unreachable mobile number 
- Area not covered via COD or Area is considered remote
